Colour footage of the city centre starting with heavy traffic on Grafton Street. O'Connell Bridge and aerial scenes of the Liffey follow starting at 1.16 minutes. At 2.13 minutes Butt Bridge and the Loopline are viewed from an unusual angle.
The date 1976 is used towards the end of the video but this is almost certainly incorrect. The vehicles and lack of traffic lights would suggest a date nearer the late 1960's to very early 1970's period.
